Shadow on Concrete Wall

labor relations arbitration

The typical remedy when a Player, or "employee", disagrees with the NFL, or "management", is to file a labor relations "grievance", or complaint.

There is a limited time when a Player can do this according to the NFL/NFLPA collective bargaining agreement, or "CBA".

If this grievance cannot be resolved, many CBA's direct the grievant to a third-party, neutral arbitration process as their remedy.

This is known as a "labor relations arbitration".  This is the type of work that I assist in as a former labor relations attorney.  My specialty was labor contract negotiations and labor relations arbitration legal support.  I am seasoned and am well-versed in all areas related to these 2 subject matters.
