August, 2018 CFL Try-Outs
In August of 2018, Erick tried out for the CFL. During this try-out, Erick scored 4 touch downs.
He ran a 4.49 40 yard dash. He is currently running a 4.3 yard dash and ran that consistently in college track.
Special Awards
In college, Erick won "Newcomer of the Year" in his Conference,
and he was named "Running Back of the Year" at his college team as well.

Erick is currently working out with the Pros at the Dallas, TX Michael Johnson Performance Center.. There he has honed in on his skills and raised his game to the professional bar so he can better fit the mold of a rookie pro. player.

His College Years
Erick's college years were great, like Erick. He's a true sportsman, a team leader, and a great player.
In his last year playing for Tennessee State, Erick led the team in rushing with 597 yards on 127 carries. He averaged around 5 yards per carry to lead the league in carries.

In the season before, he played 10 games, starting the final game of the season. He led the Tigers over the final four games with 65 carries, 372 yards, averaging 5.7 yards per carry and 93 yards per game while crossing the goal line five times. He caught 11 balls for 84 yards over the final two games of the season. He led the team with six rushing touchdowns, rushing for 413 yards on 80 carries. He hauled in 16 passes for 85 yards.
