Cory Morrow
Pro. Football Defensive Back/Special Teams
Cory's Bio
Cory is an excellent Defensive Back. He has fabulous footwork and is a sure tackler! In a bind, Cory is the player to call.
Cory graduated from University of Akron, where he won the Doc Hary Award for the best freshman in defense and lettered 4 years in a row.
He then played for the Carolina Cobras and the Lehigh Valley Steelehawks in professional arena ball (last year). In six games, he had 40 tackles and 2 forced fumbles. He also had 5 tackles at a loss and 3 pass deflections.
When he is on the field, defense happens! On defense, he thrives at playing in the box and at making tackles. But, he is also a bigger versatile DB that can cover ground as well make plays on the ball. He also thrives on special teams.
His older brother, WR Roy Hall, was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts.
He, himself, had a private workout with the Edmonton Eskimos.
He has just accepted a contract to play with the Maine Mammoths in the National Arena League. (NAL)
